True Set Nails is developing ready-to-wear press-on nail sets with standard finger sizes and shorter, wider thumbnail options. This notice explains what information we collect through our website and early-access signup and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you submit. If we later invite you to apply for prototype testing, we may ask for additional information—such as sizing details or a United States shipping address—through a separate form.
Website and campaign information. We may receive campaign parameters, such as the advertisement or link that brought you to the site. Our website, hosting provider, form provider, and advertising tools may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, page visits, and similar usage data.
How we use information
- To send product-development updates, launch news, and prototype-testing opportunities
- To manage the early-access list and respond to privacy requests
- To understand which advertisements and outreach efforts bring people to the site
- To operate, protect, and improve the website and signup form
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
Service providers and sharing
The signup form is operated using Tally, which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. The site also uses the Reddit Pixel to measure visits and advertising performance. Reddit may use cookies or similar technologies and process website activity under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your email address. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, manage signups, send communications, measure advertising, or maintain security. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights or other people.
Retention and your choices
We retain your email address while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Service providers may retain technical and campaign information according to their own policies. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email from us or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your email address.
Eligibility
The early-access list and any prototype-testing opportunities are intended for United States residents age 18 and older. Please do not sign up if you do not meet both requirements.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the product and website develop. Any revised notice will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
